We worked with Brooke and Chris on purchasing a Condo in a development that was still under construction. From the day we extended an offer to the day we had keys in our hand was nearly 9 months! To make matters more difficult, we live over 200 miles away and needed assistance after the purchase with builder repairs. They were always accessible, super responsive, would send us status photos unprompted, and willing to help coordinate onsite support for service appointments, our property management company, and the builders in our absence, even after the purchase was complete.
